Take the opportunity to be a part of an incubation workshop with the Social Impact Award participants, diving deep into the art of impact modelling. The session is designed to help young changemakers strengthen their business models and unlock new ways of turning ideas into meaningful impact.
We will start with asking a simple question: What problem are you really solving, and for whom? From there, participants will map out the needs of their target groups and challenge themselves to connect those needs to clear, sustainable solutions. Throughout the workshop, teams will explore how to articulate their value propositions, identify revenue streams, and measure the impact they want to create. Participants will openly share their challenges, test assumptions, and co-create new ideas together. By shaping their business models with both social impact and financial sustainability in mind, they will be setting the foundation for ventures that can truly last.
